Inspired by the true story of a rebellious teen and her boyfriend who, after murdering her mother, were dubbed a modern-day Romeo and Juliet when they fled and attempted suicide.

Synopsis

Rebellious, sociopathic teen Tylar and her mother Joanne fight once again. Tylar flees to see her friends and meets Boston, who's older. Quickly, Tylar manipulates her mother into letting Boston stay in their spare bedroom, all while hiding her illicit relationship. Joanne's best friend Val suspects something, and when Joanne finds out the truth, she decides to sue Boston for statutory rape. Tylar and Boston, to be together, brutally murder Joanne. But as Val and her husband Devon close in, they panic and flee, attempting suicide to be together. When they're stopped, Boston realizes Tylar set him up to take the fall all along.
