A postgrad plans a party without permission at her parents’ lake house, which is normally vacant for the winter. But nobody knows that the property’s original owner has been returning every winter as part of a ritualistic killing spree.

Synopsis

Artemis and her friends have planned a secret funeral ceremony at her family’s vacation house to spread her sister’s ashes against her father’s wishes. But what they don’t know is that the house’s former resident, a serial killer named Caleb, has been using the vacant home once a year as part of a ritualistic killing spree for decades. Unexpectedly interrupted, Caleb salvages his sinister vacation plans by initiating a game of cat and mouse, forcing Artemis and her friends to fight for their lives.
